By now, your little one has tasted almost all the foods you prepare at home and has also displayed a specific like or dislike for certain foods. Baby is now quite interested in trying out new things including self feeding, so encourage him. Finger foods are a great choice as they help in developing good hand-eye co-ordination. Yes, there’s going to be a lot of mess, but that’s part of the journey!

Continue breastfeeding your baby – it’s recommended to do so at least till baby completes 1 year, and then for as long as you both like.
